According to Reuters Kat has landed another acting role!
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "American Idol" finalist Katharine McPhee and "American Beauty" veteran Wes Bentley are starring in the indie psychological drama "The Storyteller."
Bentley plays a writer who goes on a downward spiral when his father dies. McPhee plays his assistant. Robert Angelo Masciantonio is directing. An August shoot is planned.
McPhee makes her studio acting debut in August with the Columbia Pictures comedy "The Bunny House" opposite Anna Faris. Bentley next shoots the Stephen King adaptation "Dolan's Cadillac."
As an adept reader pointed out, reuters got it wrong and it is actually "The House Bunny" not "The Bunny House". Thanks Anon!

Katharine McPhee - The New Face Of Neutrogena

E! News has learned the erstwhile American Idol also-ran has signed a two-year endorsement deal with Neutrogena to become the new flawless face of the skin-care company's antiacne product line.
"We are delighted to confirm that actress/singer Katharine McPhee is working with Neutrogena on an innovative new project that brings consumers the next generation of skin care," the company told E! News exclusively.
Wasting no time in touting the benefits of Neutrogena, McPhee, who turned 24 on Tuesday, shot her first commercial for the line in Los Angeles March 16. The ad will hit the small screen in May, with the print ads following suit.

Katharine McPhee and Nick Cokas Wed!
According to People magazine Katharine and Nick tied the knot TODAY. People magazine is promising pictures in next weeks issue. I can't wait to see Katharines' dress!

Singer-actress Katharine McPhee married producer Nick Cokas on Saturday in Beverly Hills, her rep Justin Gray Stone confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.
The 23-year-old American Idol season five runner-up and Cokas, 42, exchanged vows in a late afternoon ceremony at Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church. "(Nick) is the love of my life," McPhee gushed to PEOPLE. "This is a once in a lifetime occasion and everything is just perfect."
McPhee wore a strapless ivory Manuel Mota gown and Neil Lane jewels (diamond and platinum chandelier earrings and diamond and platinum bracelets), while Cokas wore an Armani tuxedo. Fellow season five Idol contestants Kellie Pickler and Mandisa were among the 305 guests on hand for the nuptials.
