American Idol - Results Show - Preview Tidbits

On tomorrows results show we will be treated to a "Where are They Now" video segment on Nashville residents Bucky Covington (S5), Phil Stacey (S6), and Bo Bice (S4)!

It also looks like we could be treated to a performance by The Clark Brothers, winners of The Next Great American Band!

And....according to Kim over at girlstalkinsmack Ryan revealed on his radio show TODAY that this week would be a DOUBLE elimination week! Yikes! I would imagine this is due to next weeks Idol Gives Back extravaganza. If you remember last years IGB show, in the spirit of giving, did not eliminate a contestant that week.

Bucky Covington to Host Talent Show on CMT

Bucky Convington has been chosen to host a talent search for "America's best unsigned country act" on the program "Music City Madness: The Road to CMT". The program will air in December and run for two nights - Dec 4th and 11th at 10/9c on CMT.

Bucky Covington - "It's Good To Be Us" Music Video Premiere

During Season 5 I thought Bucky was way out of his league. But, look at him now! A second single off his debut self titled album is creeping up the country charts (#39 Hot Country Song last time I checked), and a new music video. I love it! What about you?

Bucky Covington - A Different World - Video

You know I find it hard to believe looking at the bunch we have left that Season 6 will have the success of Season 5. I am not a Country Music fan, but I love this Video and Song. Bucky looks so much more comfortable than he ever did on American Idol. I wish him well!
