This weeks episode challenged the designers to create prom dresses for their clients - catholic high school girls from New Jersey. In a bit of a twist, the girls had seen the designers portfolios and had chosen which designer they wanted to create their prom dress. This was a bit fun and interesting because the young girls wanted low cut this, and low cut that. The designers were tasked to listen to their clients, but also bring some of their own style into the prom dresses. Thankfully the designers considered what was appropriate for high school girls as well, because the girls' mothers accompanied them to one of the fittings.
The Winner: Victoria
The Bad: Ricky
Out: Kevin

The bottom two were Kevin and Christian. I am not sure how Ricky survived this, but he was safe right from the start. The color is horrible compared to the others, and the construction? None of the others were really bad. It was good week for the designers even though many of the dresses didn't seem appropriate for the task they weren't bad designs. Christian had a meltdown this episode when he met his match in his client Maddie who considered herself a designer, and was very specific about what she wanted in her dress.
