So You Think You Can Dance Schedule

Immediately following the American Idol Finale we will have So You Think You Can Dance and I for one can't wait! Here's the schedule:

Thursday, May 22: 8/7C – Season Premiere, Audition Episode #1 - 2 Hours

Monday, May 26, 8/7C – Season Premiere Encore - 2 Hours

Wednesday, May 28, 8/7C – Audition Episode #2 - 2 Hours

Thursday, May 29, 8/7C – Audition Episode #3 - 2 Hours

Wednesday, June 4, 8/7C – Audition Episode #4 - 2 Hours

Thursday, June 5, 8/7C – Las Vegas Round, Top 20 Revealed - 2 Hours

From there, So You Think You Can Dance will move into a weekly schedule: two-hour performance episode from 8/7C on Wednesdays, followed by a one-hour results show at 9/8C on Thursdays. One male and one female will be eliminated every week until the top ten. Once there, it's one at a time, and solely up to the viewers' votes (up until the top ten, the judges have the last call).

Cat Deeley is back as the host, and Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy will serve as the two permanent judges. Guest judges, such as Dan Karaty, Adam Shankman and Mia Michaels will rotate throughout the season.
