American Idol - Top 12 Ladies - Performances

Ready or not...here we go!

Last year the women BLEW the men away during the Top 24 performances...remember? What will happen this year?

1)Kristy Lee Cook - "Rescue Me"
One of the sick ones apparently, she had the flu. Not a good song choice, she's not a belter.



2) Joanne Borgello - "Together Forever"
Did a good job! Showed off her range well! Simon didn't like it at all.



3) Alaina Whitaker - "I Love You More Today"
Boy oh boy Carrie Underwood light. Amazing how much she looks like her! It's her birthday, and she was best so far!



4) Amanda Overmyer - "Please Don't Go"
I don't think it was a great song choice, but I still love her!



5) Amy Davis - "Where the Boys Are"
Couple of pitchy points. This song always reminds me of Kimberly Locke.



6) Brooke White - "Happy Together"
I like her..very different for American Idol!



7) Alexandrea Lushington - "Spinning Wheel"
Didn't much care for this...interestingly the judges all loved it! How interesting, Simon agrees with me!



8) Kady Malloy - "Groovy Kind of Love"
The Britney Spears impersonator! Made the song really current! Liked it!



9) Asia'h Epperson - "Piece of My Heart"
I like her voice alot...like the raspyness. Simon's favorite of the night!



10) Ramiele Malubay - "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me"
She is really cute. Simon has a new favorite of the night!



11) Syesha Mercado - "Tobacco Road"
Best version of Tobacco Road I have ever heard on this show!



12) Carly Smithson - "Shadow of Your Smile?"
I can't help but comment on the pimp spot. I didn't know this song, and it was OK. She obviously has a voice, but didn't love it as much as Randy and Simon.
