This challenge took the designers on a field trip to Hershey Emporium on Times Square. Their materials for this weeks design would come from materials in the Hershey store. The store was filled with candy of course, but also pillows, stuffed animals, etc. Their budget was limited only by how much they could grab in 5 minutes. Zac Posen was this weeks guest judge.
This is my first season of Project Runway, so I could not fathom how they were going to pull this off. How are they going to make fashion out of candy??

The Other Trainwreck (Sweet Pea):
When Tim told Sweet Pea the bottom of this dress looked like a sanitary napkin I about pee'd my pants! HaHa! It was constructed from a pillow or something echoing the white strip of paper in a Hersheys kiss.
Rami's design was extremely well constructed, innovative and fit his model to a "T", but I wasn't crazy about the color combination. It didn't seem all that "wearable" to me. I would have given the win to Chris for using restraint, and designing something extremely wearable as well as well constructed and fitted, or to Jillian for being the only designer to actually use candy (twizzlers)!
So, Elisa is gone and she cried from what she described as "happiness" or something similar. She's a wierd one. What do you think?
