Victoria Hong's winning design on last nights Project Runway will be available at Steve and Barry's stores nationwide on Friday (tomorrow!)as part of Sarah Jessica Parker's Bitten line.
The Bitten interpretation of the dress will be offered in black or burgundy for $19.98, and the vest that goes with it will come in gray or black for $14.98.
