This week the Idols will be mentored by Barry Gibb, of the brothers Gibb, or the BeeGee's. Americanidol.com states that the Idol's will be performing songs "he made famous with the Bee Gees".
According to Wikepedia: The BeeGee's were a singing trio of brothers that became one of the most successful musical acts of all time. Their 1997 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame citation says "Only Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Michael Jackson, Garth Brooks and Paul McCartney have outsold the Bee Gees".
The Idol's have a HUGE catalog of songs to select from. Let's hope they spend some time this week on selecting the right song!
